My story: angels, awakening, and a calling that never stopped


Fifteen years ago, I experienced a series of profound paranormal events—moments where I was touched by angels and received messages that continue to this day. Around that time, I went through a powerful spiritual awakening and was shown a clear truth:

I needed to heal before healing the world.

That message became a turning point—and the beginning of a deeper mission.


From survival to purpose: identity, mental health, and transformation


My journey has included navigating intense personal challenges: mental health struggles, family dysfunction, and a tumultuous path toward self-understanding. I was born in London, the eldest of three siblings, and I’ve lived through experiences that reshaped everything I thought I knew about identity, resilience, and healing.

My first book, published in 2016 as Living with Lisa (later retitled The Inner Child of Lisa), shares part of that story—including my experience of a gender identity crisis after forty years, and the emotional realities that came with it.

Today, I stand as a trans activist and mental health advocate, committed to helping others move through adversity and into wholeness.


Psychology meets metaphysics: healing across the spectrum


I’m a dynamic speaker and author with a rich background in Psychology, with appearances on UK TV networks and the BBC. I’m currently at the University of Essex in Psychology, and I bring that academic foundation into my work—bridging evidence-based understanding with spiritual truth.

As a gifted lightworker and starseed, I also work with higher guidance and multidimensional tools. My calling is to support healing across the spectrum—combining psychological principles with metaphysics to help people create real change, not just inspiration.
